This slow-paced class will use somatic exercise techniques, to help shift the central nervous system creating new muscular habits, as well as essential pilates mat excercises to reconnect you with your body. The goal of this 6-week series is to promote healthy muscle movement and create a deep foundation of the 5 basic principles.






Cancellation policy When you sign up for the whole series at the discounted rate, you are signing up for all 6 consecutive classes. If you are not able to attend one of the classes you forfeit that session.
