Come to the mat! Join instructor Simone Jaggers in a four week pilates mat series. The first two classes will focus on Stott pilates 5 basic principles and building greater body awareness. The third and fourth class will build on this foundation to deepen core strength and increase flexibility with the goal of leaving participants with a strong exercise routine that they can take with them anywhere and do anytime. This class is great for anyone looking to cultivate a pilates mat practice.








Cancellation policy When you sign up for the whole series at the discounted rate, you are signing up for all four consecutive classes. If you are not able to attend one of the classes you forfeit that session.
