Katie’s all-level flow classes follow a bell curve, moving from warm-up, to vigorous flow, to full relaxation. Katie encourages students to explore, both physically and mentally, with curiosity and an open heart. Expect to work up a sweat while you mindfully move to Katie’s eclectic playlists. Build strength and increase flexibility with active stretching. And cultivate inner peace through physical exertion paired with breath and mindfulness.
Cancellation policy This course is sold as a 6 week series at a discounted rate. If you are not able to attend one of the classes in the series you forfeit that class.
