Our Breath is one of the most powerful things we have to combat anxiety, stress, helps our mental clarity and detoxify. Starting off with being mindful of our breath flowing thru our bodies and continue the flow with moving our bodies thru a slow to medium vinyasa flow with sun salutations, balancing poses and some yummy stretches at the end. A wonderful way to start off your week. Moving your body in the morning is one of the best ways to break up the layer of connective tissue and bodily fluid that builds up in between the muscles while we sleep. If we don’t move and stretch the layer continues to thicken and build up causing stiffness, chronically ‘tight’ muscles and common aches and pains.
Cancellation policy This 5 week series is offered at a discounted price. If you are unable to attend a class during the series you forfeit that class.
