In this series you will explore the basics of mindfulness, meditation and gratitude along with how they relate to one another. You will learn techniques to relax the body and calm the mind while cultivating a greater sense of peace, happiness and wellbeing. In addition, you will explore different ways to be present in the moment, being aware of who and where you are. This series will include discussion and practice. Those attending may want to bring a special journal to write down anything that comes up for them. Notebooks & pens will be provided.
