4-Week Runners Reformer Series

Join Kara for a 75-minute class designed with the runner in mind. Warm up in the studio, activating glutes, hamstrings & core to help stabilize & power movement. We'll discuss proper running posture to help take the impact off of low back & use gravity to your advantage. We'll go for a 20-30 minute run, intervals or a slow & steady pace, & finish with stretches on the pilates reformer. The objective of this class is to help improve form & create balance by strengthening & active stretching.
Cancellation policy This series is sold at a discounted rate. If you are not able to attend any of the classes in the series you forfeit that class.
