A 75 minute class designed with the runner in mind. Warm up in the studio activating glutes, hamstrings & core to help stabilize & power movement. We'll discuss proper running posture to help take the impact off of low back & use gravity to your advantage. We'll go for a 20-30 minute run, intervals or a slow & steady pace, & finish with stretches on the pilates reformer. The objective of this class is to help improve your running form & balance out leg muscles by strengthening & the use of active stretching.

Special instructions

The class does include a 20-30 minute run. If you're new to running you'll do intervals during that time. Make sure you bring running shoes.
Cancellation policy You can cancel free of charge before June 29 at 11:00AM. After that time, a visit will be deducted from an applicable plan or pass.
