Runners Reform Drop In

A 75 minute class designed with the runner in mind. Warm up in the studio activating glutes, hamstrings & core to help stabilize & power movement. We'll discuss proper running posture to help take the impact off of low back & use gravity to your advantage. We'll go for a 20-30 minute run, intervals or a slow & steady pace, & finish with stretches on the pilates reformer. The objective of this class is to help improve your running form & balance out leg muscles by strengthening & the use of active stretching.
