Runners Reform

A class designed with the runner in mind. Warm up in the studio activating glutes, hamstrings & core to help stabilize & power movement. We'll discuss proper runner posture to help take the impact off of low back & use gravity to your advantage. We'll go for a 20-30 minute run, intervals or a slow & steady pace, and then finish quad work to help balance out those over used running muscles & then finish with specific pilates reformer exercise to assist in giving those running muscles stretch & length. The objective of this class is to help improve your running form & balance out leg muscles by strengthening & the use of active stretching.
